This newsletter comes a little early this month as I know everyone is busy leading up to the holidays.
December always feels like a strange mix of busy and reflective — there’s so much happening, but part of us is already peeking into the new year. If you’re feeling a bit tired, a bit hopeful, or a bit of everything all at once, you’re not alone 💛
For January, I wanted to keep things light and playful: a simple new brush, a cozy prompt, and a small nudge to start the year gently, not perfectly.
This month:
🐺 Cozy Brush Club: Cozy theme
☕ Freebie Vault: Confetti brush
❄️ Mini Winter set reminder

Cozy Tips
January can come with a lot of pressure — big goals, long lists, and the feeling that we’re supposed to “start strong.”
But honestly? Tiny, cozy steps count too. A five-minute sketch with a cup of tea, testing one new brush, or coloring in an old drawing is still real creative work.
So if the year feels heavy or overwhelming, you have full permission to start small. Your creativity doesn’t need a grand entrance — it just needs a little space. ✨
The January Cozy Brush Club theme is a cozy mug illustration — something warm and comforting to start the year.
This month’s pack includes:
1 Procreate brush
a sketch
a color palette
a reference illustration
The idea is to use just one brush for the entire piece and enjoy the process, without overthinking details or perfection.
If you create the cozy mug illustration (or your own take on the prompt), I’d love to see it — feel free to tag me or reply to this email with your art ✨
